Cancellation Policy

  • Validity of Cancellation
    • Any order cancellation request will be entertained only before dispatch of the order.
  • Refund after cancellation
    • Refund will be initiated withing 24 hrs of dispatch ,although actual credit

Return Policy

  • Validity of Return
    • If you are not satisfied with your product, you could return it to us within 30 days from the date the order is delivered for a refund on the full merchandise value. Alternatively, you can also exchange the product for a different size subject to the availability of the size of the product.
  • Steps to initiate return
    • Please visit your ‘My Accounts’ after logging on to our site “www.femigo.in” and choose ‘My Orders’. The order(s) that is / are eligible for return will have the ‘Create Return’ tab beside them.
    • Your order details will appear. You can now select the ‘Create a Return’ button to place a request to return the product.
    • Please do share the reason of your return request in the pop-up that appears.
    • Once you click on submit, you will receive an automated e-mail sharing the RMA number.
    • Based on the returns request, we will arrange for the pick-up through Delhivery courier. “for our Quality Assurance team to inspect.”
    • When dispatching the product(s) to our warehouse, please fill out the Returns Request form with the accurate details and attach the same along with your package, to ensure no delays in processing your order request.
    •  On successful quality check of the product(s) received at our end, we will approve your return request.
  • Additional terms and conditions
    • Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or usage cannot be accepted for return/ exchanges.
    • You will receive complimentary return shipping for all eligible products for return/money back within the 30 Days Exchange policy.  
    • Product should be accompanied with the Original/Copy of Invoice for all returns / money back within the 30 Days period.
    • In case of Money back, the payment shall be made through the same mode of payment as the original purchase. The refund amount will be credited to the Customer’s account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit card.
    • In case of ‘Cash on Delivery’ orders, the refund amount shall be deposited into the bank account of the Customer by Femigo within ten (10) business days after the receipt of request for refund by the Customer has been approved.
    • Femigo reserves the right to change the exchange/money back price of the product based on the Quality Inspection.
    • In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product before dispatch.
    • For the 30 Days Exchange/Return policy, if the product is purchased at a discounted price under any promotion, then Femigo will only refund the discounted price as per the invoice.
    • No exchange/return/cancellation request will be allowed after the 30 days from the order date.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Method
    • Credit card: The credit card account of the Customer will be re-credited with the refund amount by the Soch without any charge on the Credit Card. The refund amount will be credited to the Customer’s account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit card; or
    • Cheque or wire transfer: The refund amount shall be deposited into the bank account of the Customer by Femigo within ten (10) business days after the receipt of request for refund by the Customer has been approved.
  • Refund Initiation time
    • In case of a cancellation since order is not dispatched refund will be initiated within 24hrs
    • In case of return refund will be initiated 24 hrs after we have received and approved the quality of our product
  • Important Notes
    •  If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
    • We shall refund the amounts only after we receive the products back and the quality check has been done for the same.
    • Shipping charges shall not be refunded if the order is shipped to customers.
